SNUG (Spillman Flex Northwest Users Group) is an organization composed of dedicated professionals from the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska that are interested in expanding their knowledge of Motorola’s Spillman Flex software. The group consists of Users and Admins of the CAD, Jail, Law, and Records Modules, and IT Professionals that share an interest in improving their systems, and suggesting improvements to the Motorola Corporation.
Our Goals
- SNUG is a not for profit group organized exclusively for Public Safety Agencies in Washington, Oregon and Idaho using the Motorola Spillman/Flex suite of software
- SNUG will encourage and facilitate the sharing of information relating to the administration and use of Spillman/Flex software
- SNUG Assists to facilitate and provide training; recommend software enhancements; explore existing and potential future software interfaces; provide mutual assistance; and assist with facilitating reduced purchase prices
